My wife purchased these for me to help with my balance and posture. The improvements were immediate. Within a day all aches and soreness in my legs and lower back had disappeared. I didn't realize my posture was that bad. I'm hooked. I even purchased a second (athletic) pair to run in. I highly recommend MBT!

Comfort to my feet. The MBT shoes are everything I heard they were. The quality of the shoe is excellent. I like the sporty look of the shoe. Comfort is beyond words? I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I can wear these shoes all day and my feet, knees, and back do not bother me at the end of the day. I did order a half size up from my regular size and they fit fine. I will have another pair or many pair. Cost is the only issue I have.
