I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I can hardly walk down the block without crumpling in pain. Before I bought the shoes I checked out the website - pretty informative. Also my boss bought a pair. She loved them. I was sold. I can now go hiking for almost two hours without having to rest. I am noticing results even when I'm not wearing shoes. I love these MBT shoes!! They're expensive but worth it

These MBT hoes run small, I wear 9, and I got 9 1/2 an they fit perfect. I can wear an an 8 1/2, but it's tight so order half up from your real shoe size. They're awesome! The first time I wore them to go shopping an I got tired! I felt like I had been on a treadmill! They work somehow, it's really cool and worth the price if you're serious about wearing them.
