Walking better - The MBT Shoes are a little awkward at first but I have noticed the difference in muscle tone. I had knee surgery and also have flat feet. My posture has improved as my ankles leaned inward. I got the Black/Grey and love the look for a female.

These athletic shoes were a gift to my son who loved the fit and style of them. Regarding this store, both my son and I think that this company has the best customer service. The free shipping policy on returns is a definite plus. The products offered deserve 5 stars plus!
