These are really nice MBT Lami shoes, but they run narrow. I'd suggest a half to a full size larger than the size you usually wear.

These shoes are pretty amazing! I've owned them about a month now- waited to post my review until I REALLY knew- you're welcome! I got a little sore wearing them only a few hours the first day and thought "hmmm..." So I started wearing them all day everyday and I've actually lost a few lbs!

You will find it kind of funny when you first wear it, it's so comfortable but honestly it's not for a long walk.
