Purchased both MBT Walk and Skechers Shape Ups at same time. Had a friend tell me about the Skechers, but read previous Ebuyying reviews on MBT. Decided to do my own comfort analysis. When received I put one of each on and walked around for awhile and chose the one that was most comfortable to me. It was the MBTs; they cost more, but I have hip problems from time to time and comfort was more important. Will say they are incredible for your posture; you can't walk in them without holding your shoulders up. They do run 1/2 size small. Wear a 7, ordered 7 1/2. Fits great. Definitely help with toning, too. I walk every day and can tell difference since started wearing; however, they are not good for running or walking on steep incline.

The MBTs I ordered from ebuyying I have been wearing for years, I love them, they really help if you have foot or ankle pain. My foot pain is nil when I wear my MBTs; same for my husband with his ankle pain, we are both in our forties. I would not recommend for anyone who has balance issues. I have the sandals and running shoes. I wear the sandals almost every day in the summer; same for the runners in the winter. My husband wears the runners, dress shoes, and the hikers for work, play, gardening, etc. I love MBTs and ebuyying!

Best MBT shoe - These shoes are THE BEST for walking. I've trashed my feet in the past. No more. MBT'S are the most expensive shoe. But, my feet are worth it!
